Ingredients:
*1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust
*1 tsp flour
*1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
*1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
*1 package fresh spinach, sauteed
*1 cup milk or cream
*4 eggs, beaten
*1/2 tsp. salt
*1/4 tsp pepper
Variations: You can add other yummy veggies to compliment the spinach. Caramelized onions, leeks, and mushrooms would all work well.
Directions:
*Heat oven to 350°F.
*Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.
*Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Pour into crust.
*Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP chopped onion
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP prepared horseradish
¼ c vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
1 TBSP chopped parsley
1 TBSP chopped celery (optional)
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
*Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix until well blended
*Refrigerate several hours or overnight
*Serve with cold boiled shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, or POBOYS!!!!

AMAZING Apple Dip!!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup regular sugar
8oz cream cheese
2 TBSP caramel (use the caramel topping for ice cream)
Directions:
*Mix all together and serve with apples
*Personal note: I use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and it still tastes yummy.

Sauerkraut

2 medium onions, chopped
2 (16 ounce) jars sauerkraut
1 (12 fluid ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage
1/2 cup water (optional)
Directions:
*Melt the butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
*Saute onions in butter until translucent.
*Stir in the sauerkraut and cola.
*Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, adding up to 1/2 cup of water if necessary to prevent sticking.
*Remove cover and increase heat to medium for at least 15 minutes, or until most of the juice cooks down, and the sauerkraut glistens.

HOT Mexican Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes softened (either in microwave in plastic bag or in pan with water)
1 white onion chopped
3 serrano peppers (you can more to make it hotter if you'd like) (softened as well)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp of oil
Directions:
*Heat oil on medium heat.
*Add onions until clear.
*Put tomatoes and serrano peppers in blender and blend well - (You might want to leave some chunks...depending how you like your hot sauce.)
*Add to onions and mix.
*Add salt to taste and let it come to a boil.
*After you let it boil, bring down the heat and let it simmer for a bit.
*Note: This is great on over easy eggs in the morning!! Yumm!!

1 box Rice Chex (or 1/2 box Rice Chex and 1/2 box Wheat Chex)
1/2 box Crispix
1/2 bag pretzels (sticks or small twists)
3/4 - 1 bag Bugles
1/2 bag Gardetto's rye bagel chips
4 cups pecan halves
3 packages Ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 - 2 cups oil
Red pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Directions:
*Mix ingredients together.
*Bake at 250* F for 1 hour, stirring evey 15 minutes

1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt to taste
Directions:
*Mix and let sit at least 2 hours and cook as you see fit

1 part berry vodka
1/2 part raspberry liqueur (recommended: Chambord)
1/2 part Limoncello
Directions:
*To a shaker full of ice, add all ingredients.
*Shake well and pour into chilled martini glasses.

Ramen Noodle Salad Crunchies
Ingredients:
1 Pack Ramen noodles crushed
2 or 3 tablespoons of butter
Seasonings of your choosing(I like garlic, salt , and pepper)
Directions:
*Heat a small pan over medium heat
*Place 1 tablespoon of butter in pan before putting noodles in
*Place noodles in pan, add seasonings until you feel good with the flavor
*Slowly add butter as noodles brown
*Once noodles are golden brown, remove from pan
*Let noodles cool before adding them to the salad.
