Ingredients:
1/3 C Vegeble Oil
3/4 C Honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1C Brown mashed bananas
1 3/4C whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4C HOT water
1/2 C chopped walnuts (nut of your choice)
Directions:
*Combine oil and honey.
*Add eggs, vanilla and bananas.
*dd flour and salt.
*Lastly, add the baking soda and HOT water.
*Fold in walnuts and put into a greased loaf pan.
*Bake at 325F or 165C for 55 mins.
