Eggs Benedict

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2-3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
*Blend in blender
*When ready to serve add 1/2 cup HOT butter while running blender - - Run about 1 min.
*Pour over poached eggs on ham and a toasted bagel...
