Ingredients:
Salad—
2 packages Beef Ramen
4 cups Cole Slaw Mix
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Slivered Almonds
1 bunch of Green Onions (chopped)
Dressing—
1/3 cup White Vinegar
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Olive Oil
2 seasoning packages from Ramen
Directions:
*Break up ramen noodles and cook without the seasoning packages (1-2 minutes max).
*Mix cooked ramen noodles with remaining salad ingredients together in a bowl.
*Mix all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking for 3-4 minutes to ensure all dressing ingredients are mixed well.
*Combine salad & dressing together.
*Chill, serve & enjoy.
