Pico De Gallo

Ingredients: 4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped (about 1 pound)
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (plus the zest)
Salt to taste

Directions:
*Simply add together and give a quick stir!

Extrat tip: If you add avocado to this recipe, it makes great guacamole.
