Mint Tea

Ingredients:
1 gallon water
6 tea bags (regular)
10 sprigs fresh mint
2 cups sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)
*save rinds
Directions:
*Boil water.
*Steep tea bags, mint, and lemon rinds.
*Remove tea bags, lemon rinds, and mint.
*Add sugar and lemon juice.
*Mix well. Strain and chill.
(I steep it for about 20-25 minutes. )
*Makes 1 gallon.

A refreshing summer drink!
