Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Fresh mushrooms (~10-12 small or 6-7 large)
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup flour
¼ cup crushed potato chips
Salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste

Directions:
*Wash mushrooms thoroughly; drain
*Mix egg, milk, and Worcestershire; set aside
*Mix flour, chips, and seasonings
*Marinate mushrooms about 3-5 minutes in egg mixture
*Press into flour mixture, making sure mushrooms are coated
*Fry about 5-10 minutes

Personal Notes:  Patrick says that these are best by using small mushrooms instead of large
