Ingredients:
10 large fresh mushroom caps (stems removed)
Melted butter
Salt to taste
4-oz. cream cheese
1 clove minced garlic
½ tsp Italian herbs
Directions:
*Brush mushroom caps with melted butter/salt
*Mix garlic, herbs, and cream cheese
*Broil stem side down for 2 ½ minutes
*Turn mushrooms over and fill with cream cheese mixture
*Broil until filling is hot and bubbling, another 2 minutes
*Serve while hot!
Serves: 1 (or 2 at 5 mushrooms each)

Personal Note: I have recently used jalapeno Havarti cheese (found at the commissary) in place of the cream cheese and herb garlic mixture --- I melt the cheese slightly in the microwave, then stuff the mushrooms and broil! Yummy!
