Nook & Cranny Souffle

Ingredients:
1 - 3oz package cream cheese, softened
6 English muffins, split in half
2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tbs chopped green onions
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
*Spread cream cheese on each muffin half.
*Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
*Place half the cubes in a greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
*Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
*Repeat with remaining muffin cubes and 1/2 cup cheese.
*In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
*Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over muffins.
*Let stand for 15 minutes (or overnight).
*Preheat oven to 300F and bake for 45 minutes or until puffed and browned.
*Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
