Chocolate-Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ cup (1 stick) butter (no substitutes), softened
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
2 TB. brown sugar
¾ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
6-8 sliced strawberries (optional)
One box graham cracker sticks, any variety

Directions:
*In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
*Gradually add confectioners’ and brown sugars; beat just until combined.
*Stir in chocolate chips.
*Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
*Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
*Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
*Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. (Is still delicious without the nuts)
*Garnish with strawberry slices.

Use graham cracker sticks, shortbread cookies, fruit slices or anything else you dream up to scoop & eat
