Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cut into chunks and softened
3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 chicken breasts)
8 8" flour tortillas
4 cups mexican style shredded cheese
2 cups whipping cream
Directions:
*Melt butter in large skillet.
*Add onions and saute 5 minutes.
*Add chiles and saute 1 minute.
*Stir in cream cheese and chicken.
*Cook, stirring constantly, until cream cheese melts.
*Spoon 2-3 Tablesppons of mixture down middle of each tortilla.
*Roll up.
*Place rolled tortilla seam side down in lightly greased 9x11 casserole dish. *Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
*Drizzle whipping cream over top of cheese.
*Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves: 8
*These are not spicy, but they are Yummy!!!!
