Ingredients:
2 Large Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Semi Soft Avocadoes (chopped)
½ onion chopped (or more if desired)
1 Bunch of Cilantro cut/chopped
1 small can of chopped or diced Green Chili’s
1 small can White Corn( drained)
1 can of Black Beans (drain and rinse)
1 can chopped olives (optional)
Garlic Salt to taste
1 Package of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing (make per directions on package) (I use about ¾ of the dressing)
Directions:
*Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
*Best if refrigerated for 2 hours prior to serving. Stir again before eating.
*Serve with tortilla chips.
Personal Notes: This beats any salsa dip!
