Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal, sifted
2 eggs
1 pkg sour cream
1 can whole corn
4 Jalapenos, chopped (seeds removed)
1 block cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup cooking oil

Directions:
*Beat eggs throughly.
*Fold in sour cream and grated cheese.
*Add the cooking oil and mix well.
*Add the sifted cornmeal and stir well.
*Mix the corn and peppers into the batter.
*Pour into a greased pan and bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
