Haystacks

Ingredients:
6 oz butterscotch chips
2 tsp oil
1 cup peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles

Directions:
*Melt butterscotch on stovetop over low setting, stirring frequently (Watch carefully so it doesn't burn)
*When melted and smooth in texture, add oil
*Then add peanuts and chow mein noodles. Stir well.
*Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool
*Store in airtight container.
