Ingredients:
1 can (qty 10) flaky biscuits, split in half (rounds)
½ lb. Bacon, cooked & crumbled
½ C. mayo
½ C. swiss cheese, shredded
¼ C. parmesan cheese, shredded
1 Lg. Tomato, seeded & finely chopped
½ C. purple onion, finely chopped
½ t. basil
½ t. garlic powder
Directions:
*Place a biscuit half in a mini muffin pan & depress center/sides w/ tart shaper to form a cup.
*Mix all remaining ingredients together
*Fill each muffin cup with a small scoop of filling
*Bake in top third section of oven at 350 for 20 min (until biscuit edges are golden brown & filling is bubbly)
