Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
Directions:
*Crumble and cook sausage until brown, drain.
*Unroll crescents and press into bottom of buttered (use cooking spray) 9x13 casserole dish.
*Sprinkle with sausage, then cheese.
*Combine eggs and milk.
*Beat well and pour over sausage.
*Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.
*Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
