Ingredients:
2 tuna steaks (Coleson's Catch brand is available at commissaries world wide, and especially at the FINE Commissary of Spangdahlem!)
1 TBSP chili garlic sauce
1/2 a cup soy sauce (you can really use as much as you like)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 TBSP seaseme oil (also an ingredient that you can alter the amount)
Directions:
*Marinate tuna in chili garlic sauce and soy sauce for at least an hour.
*Add seaseme oil to a pan, over medium - high heat.
*Place tuna steaks in pan, add lemon juice if the pan gets to dry.
*Cook on both sides until they acheive a slight sear.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
~We personally like our tuna to have a pink middle (so to speak), but cook to preference :)
