Personal Notes: We all know that pasta is one of the easiest dishes to make for just one person. If you are ever bored with the requisite tomato sauce or simple garlic and olive oil, try out this Asian twist on pasta. This of course is perfect for two people as well. Keep in mind, I am always tweaking this recipe each time I make it…I mean who knows how much 1/3 pound of spaghetti is…you just grab a handful right? So, don’t get all worked up about exact amounts in this recipe. And you can always jazz it up (recommended) with peas or pea pods or tofu or broccoli or whatever! Enjoy this simple take on Asian noodles.
